We are committed to making our website and its content accessible and have designed it to be used by as many people as possible.
This means you should be able to:
- Navigate through our website using just a keyboard and/or mouse – our main section links remain along the top horizontal bar even if you scroll down.
- Navigate most of our website using speech recognition software (already installed on your device)
- Navigate most of our website using screen reader software (already installed on your device)
- Zoom in up to 500% to make the text size larger (generally by holding the CTRL button and + or – on the keyboard, or holding the CTRL button and rolling the wheel on the mouse)
- Use a variety of web browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari. Please ensure you are using the latest version of your preferred browser to make use of its full capability.
- Understand the clear and simple text – we follow good practices set by the industry, such as the ABI and Plain Language Commission, which aims to make pensions language easier to understand.
- Complete most of our application forms which are PDF fillable. Our online forms are also supported by JAWS , NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack.

If you have difficulty accessing our website or reading any of our documentation (e.g. Key Features, Guides, Application forms etc) please contact your Account Manager, or by using the link below, to request a printed version. We can provide you with a larger font or a different colour of your preference. Alternatively, if you require any of our documents in Braille or in audio format please contact us.
